CONSUMER CREDIT PROVIDER’S CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By clicking "I Agree", I confirm that:

  • I have acknowledged that the data controller Paysera LT, UAB (hereinafter – the Operator) will process the personal data I provide, or that is obtained from official databases, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the conditions specified below. I do not object and freely consent to such processing of my personal data;

  • I consent to the Operator processing my personal data, including: first name, last name, personal identification number, identity document details (ID card or passport), email address, residential address, phone number, account number, and other information related to the data listed above;

  • I consent to the Operator recording phone conversations, which may be used to confirm the fact of entering into a Consumer Credit Agreement and other related circumstances;

  • I am informed that, once a Consumer Credit Agreement is concluded, the Consumer Credit Recipient will be able to see my initials, and I therefore consent and do not object to this information being disclosed to the parties of the Consumer Credit Agreement;

  • I am informed that I have the right, upon verifying my identity, to access my personal data and understand how it is being processed – to obtain information about the sources and types of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, and the recipients; to request the correction, deletion, or suspension (except for storage) of my personal data processing if it is conducted unlawfully; to object to my personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes; and to object, with stated reasons, to my personal data being processed based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Operator or a third party to whom my personal data is provided.

The Operator will process my personal data to the extent necessary for the conclusion, performance, and general administration of the Consumer Credit Agreement. For these purposes, the Operator will collect, verify, and otherwise process my personal data for the purposes of identity verification, ensuring the accuracy of personal data, concluding and performing the Consumer Credit Agreement, monitoring, and protecting and defending the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator. Personal data collected by the Operator is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal acts. All employees of the Operator, representatives, and employees of representatives who become aware of personal data secrets are obliged to maintain confidentiality even after the termination of employment or contractual relationships.

 

I am informed and understand that if I do not provide or allow the Operator to process the personal data specified in this consent, the Operator will not be able to provide the service. I confirm that this consent for the use and processing of personal data is equivalent to my written consent.
